INTRODUCTION
Clearview DNA Mobile Services is committed to providing high-quality DNA testing services to our clients in a mobile and convenient manner. This document outlines the policies and procedures that govern our services.
APPOINTMENTS
- Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation of their appointment via email or text message, which includes the date, time, and location of the mobile service.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
PAYMENT
- Payment Methods: Clearview DNA Mobile Services accepts payment via PayPal, or other approved methods.
- Payment is required at the time of service booking.
- No Refunds:All payments made are final. Clearview DNA Mobile Services has a strict No Refunds policy. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the service details and terms before making a payment.
SERVICE DELIVERY
**On-Site Testing:** Our trained technicians will arrive at the designated location at the scheduled time. Clients are expected to be present and prepared for the DNA collection process.**Identification:** Clients must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of testing to verify identity.**Sample Collection:** DNA samples will be collected using industry-standard procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
- Privacy:Clearview DNA Mobile Services is committed to protecting client confidentiality. All personal information and test results will be handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Data Storage:Test results and personal data will be securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
TEST RESULTS
- Turnaround Time:The typical turnaround time for test results is between 1-2 business days, depending on the type of test.
- Delivery:Results will be delivered via the client’s preferred method, either through secure email, mail, or in-person.
DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute or complaint, clients should contact us within 30 days of receiving their test results. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
- No Refunds Policy: As per our policy, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including disputes unless Clearview DNA is in error.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Clearview DNA Mobile Services is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect results due to client error (e.g., incorrect information provided) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sample contamination outside of our control).
